the topic? agent teams in claude code.

the hook: a new feature most people don't know about yet

post format:

  • what it is (agent teams)
  • what the guide covers (7 bullet points)
  • why it matters (one sentence)
  • CTA: comment "AGENT"

why it worked:

  1. timely β†’ new feature, people want to hear about
  2. specific β†’ not just "Agent tips" but "agent teams in claude code"
  3. clear value β†’ saves hours of figuring it + learning it yourself

this is an example of AI educational content done right. "here's a new capability and exactly how to use it"

the science of scaling by benjamin hardy

here's a quote from elon musk, in the book:

"stop optimizing what shouldn't exist."

most businesses spend 90% of their time on things that don't actually matter.

hardy's framework is simple:

  • frame β†’ set an impossible goal (it filters out bad paths)
  • floor β†’ raise your standards (eliminate what doesn't belong)
  • focus β†’ do only what scales (cut 80% to find the 20%)

sound familiar?

this is exactly what we see with lead magnets:

75% don't convert because people optimize the wrong things.

here's the 3 main things to focus on:

  • value: are you delivering real value, not just overpromising.
  • consistency: are you consistent with your lead magnet + posting schedule.
  • relevance: do you talk about hot-topics, while solving the exact pain of your ICP.

one more thing from the book ❄️

hardy talks about time as a tool, not a constraint.

the idea: compress time by making bold decisions and eliminating dead ends.

most people think scaling = more time. but the fastest-growing companies actually shorten their timelines.

we are at a point where all SaaS collapsing into intent-based, "vibe-based" actions.

this is the real reason behind building MCP (and improving the API) it is not an AI-hype driven marketing stunt.

it simply is the future. and any tool that cannot adapt will cease to exist.

clawdbot helped unlock this for me (i've been working with openclaw for 2+ weeks now)

and now i literally tell it to create or pause automations in leadshark. ⚑️

if you haven't tried clawd yet, it is not magic (although it feels like that sometimes)

but it is simply a glimpse into this full-agentic future.

because once you see how easy it is to talk to software (rather then clicking buttons).

things will never be the same... so this is exactly what i'm building towards! 🫑
