hey club,

"code and media are permissionless leverage. they're the leverage behind the newly rich. you can create software and media that works for you while you sleep." β€” naval ravikant

dusan radovanovic just proved this.

he built a Claude-powered Meta Ads Creative Strategist, packaged it as a free resource, and posted it on linkedin.

7,236 comments. 2,167 reactions. 66 reposts.

one post. one system. thousands of leads.

but here's the real question: do you actually know who's engaging with YOUR content?

because we just built something that shows you. more on that below.

haven't tried leadshark yet? you're reading about lead magnets every week but not automating them. start your free trial →

let's get into it.

🧲 lead magnet of the week

the Claude Meta Ads Creative Strategist by Dusan Radovanovic

7,236 comments Β· 2,167 reactions Β· 66 reposts Β· keyword: "CLAUDE"

β†’ view the post

the hook: "R.I.P Creative Strategists. Claude 4.6 just destroyed them."

that opening line does three things at once:

β†’ creates controversy (people in the creative strategy world HAVE to click) β†’ names a specific tool (Claude 4.6, not just "AI") β†’ implies a bold claim that demands proof

and then he delivers the proof.

why this worked:

1. system, not tool. dusan didn't say "here are some prompts." he positioned it as a full creative strategist. it analyzes the market, finds angles, builds the strategy, then generates assets. that's a workflow replacement, not a shortcut. the framing makes it feel 10x more valuable than a prompt pack.

2. the before/after comparison. he mapped the old way (research β†’ brainstorm β†’ write β†’ design β†’ test) against the new way (analyse β†’ generate β†’ launch β†’ scale). four steps vs four steps, but completely different effort levels. people can instantly see what they're gaining.

3. the double CTA. "connect with me + comment CLAUDE." this is smart. the connect request grows his network. the comment triggers the algorithm. he's building two assets with one action. and the keyword "CLAUDE" is trending, which means the post rides the wave of everyone talking about claude right now.

4. the "RIP [job title]" frame. controversial? yes. but it works because it creates an emotional reaction. creative strategists click to disagree. everyone else clicks to see why. either way, they're engaging.

what you can steal:

β†’ package a workflow, not a document. "creative strategist" beats "prompt collection" every time

β†’ use a trending keyword as your CTA. dusan used "CLAUDE" right when everyone is talking about it

β†’ the before/after format makes your resource feel like a transformation, not just information

β†’ connect + comment is the highest-leverage CTA combo on linkedin right now

now imagine this: 7,236 people commented on that post. if dusan had leadshark running, every single one of those commenters would have received a DM automatically. plus, leadshark auto-replies to each comment, which keeps the conversation going and pushes the post higher in the algorithm.

more comments = more reach = more leads.

instead, he's manually sending resources to thousands of people. that's the gap.

πŸ’¬ on leverage

naval ravikant said it years ago, but it's never been more true:

"code and media are permissionless leverage. you can create software and media that works for you while you sleep."

dusan's post is media leverage. one piece of content, working around the clock, generating leads while he sleeps.

but here's what most people miss: media leverage without a capture system is a leaky bucket. you post, people engage, and then... nothing. you don't know who clicked your link. you don't know who viewed your profile. you don't know who reacted to three posts in a row.

that engagement data is your most valuable signal. and until now, it just disappeared.

not anymore.

🦈 new: signals

we just launched signals. it's in your sidebar right now.

signals shows you who's actually paying attention to your content. not just commenters, everyone. it captures every engagement across your linkedin presence and ranks people by how warm they are.

how to get started:

β†’ go to your dashboard, click Signals in the sidebar

β†’ hit "Enable Signals"

β†’ first run does a backfill of your recent engagement (takes a few minutes), then it refreshes daily

what it tracks:

β†’ reposts

β†’ profile views

β†’ link clicks (your lead magnet links)

β†’ comments

β†’ reactions

β†’ DMs sent

β†’ comment replies

the strength score:

every person gets a strength score based on all their interactions. someone who viewed your profile, liked 3 posts, clicked your lead magnet link, and commented? that's a high-strength lead. very different from someone who liked once and moved on. the more they engage, the higher the score.

you can see the full ranked list, filter by signal type (click "comments" to see only commenters, click "link clicks" to see who actually clicked your lead magnet), and search by name or title.

why this matters:

not all engagement is equal. the person who viewed your profile AND clicked your link AND commented is 10x more likely to convert than someone who just reacted. signals shows you that difference so you can prioritize your follow-ups.

export + random lead:

β†’ export your full signals list as CSV (name, title, email, linkedin URL, every signal type, DMs sent, replies)

β†’ see your top 5 hottest leads at a glance

β†’ hit "random" and it spins up a random lead card, shows their profile, location, connection status, signal breakdown (comments, reactions, profile views), and their strength score labeled as Low, Medium, or High. from there you can bookmark them, enrich their email, send a connection request, or open their linkedin profile.

hit "spin again" to get another one. think of it as your daily outreach slot machine.

signals is available on all paid plans (Pro, Pro+, and Apex). same features across all tiers, no difference. if you're on a free account, you'll need to upgrade to access it.

coming soon: email notifications for new signals, so you'll know the moment someone warm shows up.

we literally launched this today. go try it and tell us what you think. reply to this email with your feedback, we're reading every single one.

πŸ› οΈ free tool/prompt: lead magnet generator prompt

before you build your next lead magnet, try this.

paste this prompt into Claude or ChatGPT. answer a few questions. get back 10 ready-to-launch lead magnet ideas with everything you need to go live on leadshark in minutes.

pro tip: you don't even have to type. on ChatGPT mobile or Claude desktop, hit the microphone and just talk through the answers like you're explaining your business to a friend. way faster and more natural. you can also add "ask me these questions one by one" to the prompt so it feels like a real conversation instead of a wall of text.

here's the prompt:

I'm going to help you create 10 lead magnet ideas ready for LinkedIn distribution and automation with LeadShark (leadshark.io).

First, ask me these questions one by one (wait for my answer before moving to the next):

1. What do you do? (your service, product, or expertise)
2. Who do you help? (your target audience)
3. What's the #1 problem they face?
4. What tools or methods do you use that others don't?
5. What's a result you've achieved for yourself or a client?

Based on my answers, generate 10 lead magnet ideas. For each one, provide:

- The lead magnet title (using a proven hook format)
- A 1-sentence description
- The LinkedIn post hook (first 2 lines to stop the scroll)
- The CTA keyword for LinkedIn comments (1 word, all caps, e.g. "GUIDE")
- The lead magnet content outline (what to actually include in the resource)
- 1 DM template (the actual message delivering the resource, sent automatically when someone comments the keyword. keep it short and valuable, include the link placeholder)
- 5 comment reply templates for connected contacts (short replies posted under their comment after the DM is sent, e.g. "check your DMs!", "sent! let me know what you think", "on its way, check your inbox". mix it up so it doesn't look robotic)
- 5 comment reply templates for non-connected contacts (short replies posted when you can't DM them yet, e.g. "we need to connect first so I can send it!", "send me a connection request and I'll DM it right over". friendly and clear)
- 1 follow-up DM template (sent a few days after the initial DM, asking if they found it useful and opening a conversation)

Format: give me all 10 ideas in a structured list so I can pick the best ones and set them up immediately.

Important: make everything feel human, not robotic. Short, conversational, and personalized. Use variables like {First Name} where it makes sense. No "I hope this message finds you well."

once you've picked your favorites, here's how to go live in leadshark:

β†’ keyword goes in your automation settings

β†’ DM template goes in the DM templates section (you can add variations with "+ Add DM Template Variation")

β†’ connected reply templates go in "Reply Templates"

β†’ non-connected reply templates go in "Reply Templates for Non-Connections"

β†’ turn on "Enable Follow-up DM" and paste your follow-up

β†’ lead magnet content goes on your hub page at leads.sh β†’

from that point, everything runs on autopilot. someone comments your keyword, leadshark replies to their comment (which boosts the post in the algorithm), sends them the resource via DM, and captures them as a lead. if they're not connected, it replies asking them to connect first. a few days later, your follow-up DM goes out automatically.

you wake up to new leads without doing anything.

β†’ try it now and set up your automation

πŸŽ™οΈ webinar: how I built a 25K audience on linkedin + substack

last week I did a live session with pietro montaldo on maven.

we broke down the exact strategy behind growing from 0 to 25K across linkedin and substack:

β†’ the 5 pillars of content strategy β†’ why what works at 0-1K is different from what works at 10K-25K β†’ the full content tool stack β†’ how to not get banned (respecting platform T&Cs) β†’ the content-to-conversion funnel breakdown

153 people already watched it. the recording is free.

β†’ watch the recording on maven

want to catch the next one live? connect with me on linkedin and turn on the notification bell so you don't miss the next session.

β†’ connect with me on linkedin

the full loop

here's how everything in this issue connects:

1. get your lead magnet ideas β†’ use the free prompt above

2. set up the automation β†’ drop your keyword, DM, reply templates, and follow-up into leadshark

3. post and let it run β†’ leadshark replies to comments (boosting the post), sends DMs, and follows up automatically

4. track who's actually engaging β†’ signals ranks every interaction by intent

5. prioritize your follow-ups β†’ focus on the highest-strength leads first

6. export and scale β†’ CSV export now, API coming soon (engagement api already available)

that's the system. content to leads to customers.
