hey club! 🍊

we are back on sunday. β˜€οΈ

this week: breaking down nick's AI marketing team post, why it worked so well, and how you can copy the framework.

also: finn v1.0 just shipped inside leadshark.

🧲 lead magnet of the week

nick fouriezos "built a 5-agent marketing team using Claude Opus 4.6."

post hook: "Raised but still doing your own marketing? You just got 5 new hires that never sleep."
one line. punches you in the gut if you're a founder doing everything yourself. the "5 new hires that never sleep" part is what makes people stop scrolling.

the numbers: β†’ 750+ reactions β†’ 3,575 comments β†’ 5 reposts

what he promised: a complete AI marketing team: 5 agents (ghostwriter, motion designer, customer support, lead gen, PR lead), each with ready-to-use prompts you can paste and customize.

the format: β†’ bold hook with a specific, tangible outcome β†’ arrow bullet breakdown of each agent and what it does β†’ simple CTA: connect + comment "TEAM"

why it worked:

  1. specificity over hype. he didn't say "use AI for marketing." he said "here are 5 specific agents with specific jobs." people could immediately picture themselves using each one.
  2. the team metaphor. calling them a "team" anthropomorphizes ai and reframes the value. you're not getting a prompt-pack, you're hiring 5 employees.
  3. high perceived value. comment the word and get something that would take hours to build yourself. the effort-to-reward ratio is heavily skewed in the reader's favor.

what you can replicate:

β†’ the "I built X" framework: position yourself as the builder, not the guru

β†’ the team/system metaphor: bundle multiple resources under one concept

β†’ lastly, this is exactly the kind of post you could automate with leadshark.

(as instead of manually DMing each one. with leadshark, you can start the automation once and every commenter gets the resource delivered automatically.)

πŸ“š book of the week

the war of art by steven pressfield

pressfield's core idea: the thing stopping you isn't lack of talent, time, or resources. it's Resistance.

resistance is that voice that says: β†’ "i'll post the lead magnet tomorrow" β†’ "i need to make the resource perfect first" β†’ "what if people think i'm just doing engagement bait?"

the lead magnet post you're afraid to post? that's where the growth is. the video you've been "perfecting" for 3 weeks? ship it.

the people who create consistently aren't more talented. they just beat Resistance more often.

πŸ†• hub pages

you can now create a public hub page for all your lead magnets.

β†’ leads.sh/ruzgar

think of it as a linktree, or kit landing page but built for lead magnets. all your resources in one place.

email capture is optional, so you can use it purely as a resource library or as a list-building tool, your call.

how to use it: β†’ put the link in your linkedin bio β†’ add it to your featured section or drop it in the DMs or follow-ups

instead of just one post doing the work, every lead magnet lives in one place. compounding, like an evergreen content library. ♻️

🦈 meet finn

leadshark actually had zero ai inside.

that changed this week.

when we launched finn v1.0 the internal ai assistant.

but finn isn’t another help-center chatbot.

finn can actually run leadshark for you.

instead of clicking through the dashboard, you can now just ask:

β†’ β€œschedule this post tomorrow at 9am”
β†’ β€œshow my latest post stats”
β†’ β€œautomate my latest post”

and finn will:

  • schedule the post
  • fetch performance stats
  • or create a new automation (as a draft)

so the flow becomes:

post β†’ automation β†’ inbound leads

all from a chat-window.

no menus. no hunting through the settings. just tell it what you want. and it does it.

finn runs on the same action layer as our MCP server, it can execute the same operations that power our API and agent integrations.

(which also means external ai agents can control leadshark too, with the mcp)

today there are four ways to run leadshark:

🦈 inside the app
β†’ manually or through finn

♻️ outside the app
β†’ via MCP or the API

one important note:

i still don’t believe ai support can handle 100% of cases.

complex bugs and strategy questions will still go to a real human.

so if you prefer to talk to us directly, the team is still available through support chat.

finn is simply the first line of help.

why we built this:

the direction is becoming obvious:

natural language will become the interface for software.

operators won’t click dashboards.

they’ll just tell the system what to do.

for inbound growth too.

finn v1 is only the beginning.. (it will improve)

β†’ try finn: next time you have a question, try Finn first. open your leadshark dashboard and click "finn ai" at the bottom of the sidebar. it's live now for all users.

πŸ†• finally ~ lyricsear.ch 🎡

this one isn't about linkedin or lead magnets.

i built lyricsear.ch because i wanted something simple: play guitar on mute, and have the lyrics synced + scrolling.

but it turns out it works as a karaoke app too.

what it does: β†’ search any song, get synced lyrics instantly from ai β†’ audio playback (optional) β†’ windows95-style

β†’ lyricsear.ch - reminds me of like the og limewire days. πŸ‹β€πŸŸ©

that's all for this week. thanks for being here!

and see you next sunday,
ruzgar 🦈

ps. what's the lead magnet types you've been seeing the most? reply and tell me. maybe that's the one to ship.
